4x02 Are you there God? It's me Dean Winchester
First of all, I love the title! It is actually a reference to the title of a book published in 1970, called Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret. I've never heard of it, but it seems to be all about a young girl's religious quest.

Anyway moving on to the review now...[Spoilers ahead!]
Oh and this time no pics, I had no time as I'm currently working on a little Fic inspired by the episode *g*

The recap once again was amazing! Not quite as good as last week, but hey! I loved that is was so long, wrapping up all important events and just giving the viewer some time to become even more nervous while enjoying 'Lonely is the Night' by Billy Squier.

The beginning was nice and scary, just like I like 'em. *g*

Then discussing follows, where Sam and Dean talk about believing in angels. Of course Dean is sceptic, but hey, he was the one groped by an angel!  That remark is sooo typical Dean, I loved it! But when Bobby states that nothing else possesses the power to pull a human from hell, it seems that Dean migt be wrong. I also am slowly beginning to think that Castiel is a true angel (Not has the looks of one *g*).
Poor Dean can't wrap his head around the fact, that God might exsist or why he would save him of all people. My favourite quote from this scene: "I don't like being singled out on birthday parties, much less from God." And of course Sam's remark: "Strap on your party hat!" That reminded me sooo of Ghostfacers!

Then we come to the PIE!!! Yeah the PIE!!! Dean is so cute when he says: "You're getting me some pie!" Like a 5 year old who's brooding. *g* I swear that was the funniest moment of this episode!

The next part where Sam meets Ruby is already less funny. But god, I am so starting to like Genevieve! Knew that name couldn't be her real name, sounded just a bit over the top. So I checked imdb and found out that her birthname is simply Jennifer. So I might liek her more if she kept her real name, but anyway....back to topic! She's obviously scared and warns Sam: '"Watch yourself Sam!" And all alarm clocks went off in my head. So is anyone else thinking that Castiel might be dangerous for Sam? I'm really starting to get worried.

Then Dean and Sam check out places where hunters are living alongside Bobby, but all of them are already dead. As the drive back to Bobby's, they stop at a gasstation. I must I liked seeing Sam drive for a change and Dean sleeping next to him. Ohh....Anyway then Hendrickson turns up (like the mirror effect btw) and he tells him that they were responsible for his death. Later on when he tells them how he died I'm thinking that he's not lying. Bet Lilith did all those things he says.

Speaking of Ghosts, let's switch to evil twins. Why do they always have to choose little girls for these kinda roles? They really seem to scare the shit out of me!
It was good to see Niki again, really liked her. Her acting was excellent, as always. (BTW did you all see her play a part in the new X-Files movie? I hardly recognized her)
When Meg brings up her sister and how she got lost of course we all immediatly think of Sam...is Sam lost right now with the things he's doing with Ruby?

Now coming to Bobby's panic room...How cool is that? *g* And once again I'm convinced that there is nothing Bobby can't shake out of sleeve. Love this quote: "I had a weekend off."

Moving on to the apocalpyse...wow, does ever show need to have one? I don't really know what I'm supposed to think of that yet. I definitely have to brush up on my knowledge about the Book of Revelations.
I also am quite lost when it comes to question whether or not to believe in God or the Devil. So I'm kinda taking Dean's side. But I have to admit that towards the end I think Dean and I have both come a lot closer to believing. And no it's not just because some hot angel guy is trying to convince us (well maybe partly)...it's just that the evidence is getting really kinda strong.

And so we finally come to Castiel. OMG!!! I have no more words...I have to admit that I was a bit sceptic about him at first, but nonetheless inthralled. I mentioned before that I'm really starting to think that he's the real deal, but somehow I'm less convinced that angel are good. I think that there are a lot of shades of grey here.
And the heat between him and Dean? I could had hardly breathe! And the way he moved closer and closer to him...Okay, let's save that part for the FF I'm writing *g*.

Overall stuff: Sam's hair is still out of shape.  Dean seems to be talking a lot more than acting (with the ghosts for instance).

Yup, I guess that's about it, and I also guess I forgot about a million things I wanted to add. *g*
Thanks for taking the time to read!
